March 19, 2024: NEW RIDER & PARENT Q&A Night! @ 7pm in Bingham High School Atrium
April 1-7, 2024 @ 9:00am: ONLINE Registration opens for Returning Riders and their siblings (new to the team)
April 8th, 2024 @ 9:00am: New Rider ONLINE Registration is open for NEW Riders and Returning Riders (note: once we reach team capacity, registration will close. This may be earlier than June 7th)
May 7, 2024 @ 7:00 pm: Season Kickoff Meeting for All Riders and Parents @ Bingham High School Cafeteria

June 7, 2024 REGISTRATION CLOSES FOR THE 2024 SEASON
Bingham MTB is open to students entering 7-12th grades who attend Bingham High School, one of its feeder middle schools, or who reside within the high school boundaries. Homeschoolers and charter school students living within Bingham HS boundaries may also participate.
STEP 1: Complete the Bingham MTB Team Registration Form Click Here
This form should be completed by a parent/guardian with the student-athlete present.
STEP 2: Pay the Bingham MTB Team Fee by May 1, 2024. Watch your parent email for an invoice from Square Up
The team registration fee is $395.00. Please let us know if cost is a prohibitive factor. We may be able to assist with a scholarship. If you have requested a payment plan, it will be due as follows:
1st payment- $150 due May 1st
2nd payment- $150 due June 1st
3rd and FINAL payment- $95 due July 1st

STEP 3: Register with TeamSnap and Download the App
TeamSnap is how we communicate with the team about practice schedule, events, important race information, cancelations, and more. Parents and riders will each have their own accounts. Having your own accounts allows the parents to mark their availability for volunteering at practices and events. We recommend you download the TeamSnap mobile app (it is more user-friendly than going through the website).
NEW RIDERS: An invite to join TeamSnap will be sent to both the Rider and Parents. Reach out to Melissa Darby (801.699.4937) if you don’t receive it within 3-5 days. Parents, be sure your rider accepts the invite. If they don’t accept, they won’t be able to mark their availability and see all team communications.
RETURNING RIDERS: Login to the TeamSnap account you used last season and update your contact information.
ALL RIDERS: IMPORTANT!!! ADD PARENT INFORMATION TO RIDER’S ACCOUNT: Click on Add Family Member. This allows us to quickly contact you in an emergency. It also allows the parent to be able to update the rider’s availability for practices/events.
STEP 4: REGISTER WITH THE UTAH HIGH SCHOOL CYCLING LEAGUE & PAY THEIR FEE
In addition to registering with the team, students also need to register with the Utah High School Cycling League & NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association). This covers: insurance for all team practices, team events, league events, and league races and the cost of putting on league races and events.
NEW RIDERS: WATCH YOUR PARENT EMAIL FOR AN INVITE TO REGISTER FROM THE “NICA PITZONE “ Click the link in the email to start the process. You will be required to enter the following information for each rider you register: personal contract info; family & emergency contact info; health insurance & medical info. Reach out to Danielle Tupai (801.918.3924) if you don’t receive it within 3-5 days.
RETURNING RIDERS: LOGIN TO YOUR NICA PITZONE ACCOUNT YOU USED LAST SEASON (using your login and password that you used last year) TO BEGIN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS pitzone.nationalmtb.org/users/sign_in
PAY FEES There are two fees. #1 goes to NICA ($50) and #2 goes to Utah League ($310.00 for grades 9-12 or $250 for grades 7-8). Both fees will be paid in the NICA Pitzone. The league offers a payment plan and has a scholarship program if cost is a prohibitive factor. Visit www.utahmtb.org/scholarships for more details. This fee must be paid before you can attend any team activities.
